Educational Transformation Through Leadership

I am an educator and a native of the Caribbean with over 15 years of teaching experience at the high school level. I earned a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Production and Food System Management from the College of Agriculture Science and Education (Located in Portland-Jamaica) and a Master's in Educational Leadership from Concordia University and an Ed.D. from the American College of Education. The first ten years of my teaching career were in Jamaica; I transitioned to the United States of America and continued teaching. I educate students in science content and have no reservations about the path taken. Experiencing the joy of students' academic and social development is my catalyst to continue improving educationally and, by extension, meeting their overall needs.
